We began our broth journey several years ago. We noticed an enormous gap in the specialty 'functional' mushroom market. We saw coffee, chocolates, supplements, and gummies, but there were no adaptogenic/functional mushrooms in what we thought was the most logical place - broth! 

Working with food scientists at both the Rutgers Food Innovation Lab and University of North Carolina Food Innovation Lab, we fine tuned and perfected our recipe and the process behind the scenes. 

Two River Mushroom Broth is made with organic Lion's Mane and Shiitake Mushrooms, alongside 20 other simple ingredients to create a broth that is savory and earthy with a rich, umami flavor. It's comforting and satisfying, delicious as a sipping drink, it can also be substituted for stock and pairs well with a variety of recipes, from simple miso soups and Ramen, to the base for vegetarian gravy.
