If you don't love your broth, we will fully refund your purchase. Your order is covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase date by contacting tworivergourmetmushroom@gmail.com. We will only refund items that are purchased via our website. Refunds will issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of the request. Don't worry about sending it back. If you have unopened boxes of broth, consider donating it to your local food bank.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
